Taking Time Out

Everyone needs time out, so weither it's and hour or a day

Go for a walk, clear your head, does the world of good,

take in the world, surroundings, and make the most of nature and pritty

scenery, i have come home to Weymouth for a week, my home town, the sea makes me happy, and seeing all the beautiful landscapes, we need to think about this more :o)
